Our Step-by-Step Sourcing Process
Understanding your needs
The first step is to understand your sourcing needs. What do you want to source? How will the product be used? What is the expected quality? We love details! Please share as much information as possible. Drawings, materials, MOQs, past sourcing experience. The more we know, the better we can help you.
Collect bids from our suppliers
We send out a detailed specification of your requirements to our network of pre-vetted, certified Southeast Asian suppliers. We will facilitate any queries from the supplier about your needs.
Quotations
You will receive 3-5 quotes from our suppliers. We will also advise on the best option based on price, performance, quality, logistics and our past experience of working with these suppliers.
Sample Evaluation
Once the supplier is selected, we review key points with the supplier such as dimensions, performance, logistics and other critical areas. Product samples are sent to you for approval.
Production and on-the-ground review
Before production starts, we finalize the process with the supplier and ensure feedback provided on samples are implemented.
Once production begins, our in-country Anise team will conduct inspections and product audits at the factory, along with photos of the manufacturing process.
Once production is finished, we provide additional inspections such as; packaging/secure transit, critical dimensions/specifications, third-party verifications and shipping marks.
Shipping
We will communicate with freight forwarder to arrange pickup and delivery. We will manage customs documentation including HS Codes/Tariffs and certificates. As soon as the pickup is done, we monitor tracking information, customs clearance, and schedule delivery to your desired location.
Delivery and ongoing support
Your goods arrive at your location! And while we can’t help unload your goods, we will continue to provide ongoing support to ensure you are satisfied with your sourced goods.
